CNC Mill and Lathe Machinist
Perform set-up’s and operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Mill and Lathe machines to fabricate plastic and non-metallic parts according to strict customer and quality specifications.

Job Duties
- Edit, send, or retrience CNC programs from system files as required for machine set up and operation
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing paperwork such as travelers, blueprints, sketches, etc.
- Meet needed quote times and schedule for assigned work
SWISS Lathe Machinist
Set-Up and Operate the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) swiss lathe machines to fabricate plastic and non-metallic parts according to strict customer and quality specifications.

Job Duties
- Perform CNC Swiss lathe set-up’s and operate CNC Swiss lathe machines according to process sheets with little or no supervision or assistance.
- Read and interpret manufacturing paperwork (travelers, blueprints, sketches, etc.) in order to produce products as required by customer specifications and quality standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant CNC swiss and standard lathe machine experience is required. Certificate from NTMA or other technical school is a plus.
- Firm understanding of CNC lathe programs including formatting and editing programs. CAD/CAM experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Tsugami and Star Swiss machines is a plus.
Manufacturing Apprentices
Roncelli Plastics apprenticeship program is designed to offer on-the-job training under the supervision of qualified, and highly skilled mentors to newly skilled employees. The goal of this apprentice program is to pave the way for a career path for an employee who wants longevity, who is willing to follow the program and who wants to obtain higher knowledge and experience with Roncelli Plastics. Job Duties
- Check and maintain all machine fluid levels, including coolant and oil levels to ensure proper machine functioning.
- Collect plastics chips, drain coolant, and any other production waste materials from machines and dispose of in trash.
- Maintain and clean, CNC Lathe, Mill and Conventional equipment, coolant sumps, dust collection system and areas throughout the shop.
